Kala Keluarga Gila Berkumpul

Ceritanya kemaren malem gue ama sodara2 ngumpul di hoka-hoka bento, makan bareng. Nah, encim (adik iparnya papih) tuh suka bawa tas pinggang kecil sebagai ganti dompet. Isinya yaaa dompet dan handphone. Nah, pas encim mau cuci tangan, gak sengaja dia jatuhin tas pinggangnya itu. Gue yang saat itu ada di belakangnya, langsung pungut tas tersebut, mau ngembaliin. Tapi oh tapi, Mpek (suaminya ncim) kasih kode supaya gue sembunyiin tuh tas.

Alhasil, tuh tas kugantungin di pinggangku (agak ke belakang, ke bagian punggung), trus pas Ncim mau balik ke tempat duduk, gue langsung pindah tempat duduk ke ujung, bareng ponakan. Gue langsung maen gulat jempol bareng ponakan, haha hihi haha hihi *pura2 ketawa gara2 maen gulat jempol* padahal lagi ngetawain Ncim yang kelimpungan nyari tuh tas pinggang.

Yang dicurigai pertama kali tentu saja suaminya sendiri. Mpek langsung disuruh berdiri, disuruh puter2 buat nyari tuh tas pinggang. Trus kecurigaan beralih ke anak2nya. Ternyata ga ada yang ngaku, dan juga memang barangnya gak ada di mereka. Kecurigaan berbalik kembali ke Mpek, sampe kemeja Mpek dibuka dong, di depan umum *OH EM JI!!!* wkwkwkwwk...

Sebenernya sih sampai uda mau keluar restoran juga Ncim belom tau siapa yang sembunyiin tas pinggangnya. Yaaah, tapi apa mau dikata, cici-ku bisikin Ncim kalo tuh tas ada di gue. T_T

Alhasil... langsung aja Ncim balik badan, kelitikin gue, sambil bilang: Dasar gilak! hahaha.. ternyata ente yang sembunyiin! Gue bilang, itu juga atas dasar perintah Mpek. Jadilah, Mpek dianiaya lagi huwahahahaha...

Gitu deh, cerita lucu yang terjadi kemarin, saat keluarga2 heboh dan gilaku berkumpul bersama :D

Story behind The Book of Abarat: Book 1

Finally, I finish reading the first book of Abarat. WOW!
After several great fights inside myself on deciding whether to stop or continue reading this novel, I managed to finish it until the last page.

Perhaps some of you are questioning about why I need to experience such fights only to finish reading a novel. Is it because of the book is boring? Or is it because the story is too unworthy to read? None of them. The only reason is… this novel has caused several nightmares to me. No kidding, I really affected by those nightmares more than I realized I would.

In some pages of the novel, there’re pictures of chickens. Yes! Chickens! I have some kind of chicken phobia (not only to chickens but to birds too, honestly) I don’t know since when.
These several years I’ve tried to press it to the lower limit. I’ve experience almost none nightmares about being attacked by chicken or bird or goose. Otherwise, I, several times, dreaming about myself having enough courage to fight back those chickens.

But I don’t know why, recently, the phobia is getting strong. Perhaps the intense “meeting” with chickens and my friends whom sometimes playing around with me with chickens makes my mental condition slope down to its lower level (if I can’t say to the lowest level). That is why, when I saw the picture of chickens in the first book of Abarat, I successfully haunted by nightmares with chickens as the villain! Sounds ridiculous, it is, but not for me.

At least, for me, I’ve managed to win the mental fight by continue reading the rest pages of the novel. It’s a great novel, truly it is. I’ll regret it for sure if I stop reading it just because of several nightmares.

Thou knowing that fact, when I start peeping what’s inside the second book of Abarat, I’m a bit terrified with the fact that the second book, again, still containing story about Chickentown! I assumed if Chickentown is talked in the second book, means the second book also containing picture of chickens! I do really really hope that I won’t get any nightmares for more. These chicken’s attacks already exhaust me for sure.

I’m tired reading a book with heartbeat, a bit handshaking, afraid of seeing a picture of chicken! Degradation on my phobia case but what can I do?! Guess I’ll have to start it all over to overcome my phobia.

Gosh, how many years do I’d need for that? Several years to put me on the previous level (before my mental state slopes down) and another several years more to cure it, I guess. (if no other obstacles arise). Meanwhile… can I still confide myself to keep trying overcoming my chicken phobia? *shrugs* *winks*

PS: mental state that I meant above doesn’t related to crazy or something, just mental exhaustion :)

Wazzup with E?!

Kekeke... after having troubles on retrieving this blog's password, finally i can manage to get in here ;)
So, as i've promised before, here i'll tell you something about E. This E is from Ebes (not a name of a person). EBES is a shop name. An online shop name, to be exact.

Well, it started with the idea to utilize all the resources we have to generate benefit for ourself. I told my friend about this and she support it. So, last saturday me and my friend discuss about the details of the business.

If you pay attention to my ym id, recently the status is: dicari, yang mau jual murah barang2nya <-- hehehe.
Does it rings a bell to your mind now, Ally? Yup, me and my friend going to open an online garage sale, we might say. Beginning with two people, now there's another friend want to join us, so EBES is managed by three people now.

It's not a new things on the net but we want to try something. We've discuss it more than a bit (if i can't say much). Discuss the concept, the name, the tag line, the system (which is very important), the procedures, etc. Hope it will going well.

Meanwhile, i only have made emails and websites for EBES. It's websites are ebestm.blogspot.com and ebestm.multiply.com. No need to open it right now since it's still empty. I don't know how to decorate websites either T_T
Me and my friends planning to open the website next Monday, on April 14th, 2008 ehehehe. You're the first knowing about this (beside my boarding house's friends) coz they help me and my friends on the project too.

Now, maybe (just maybe), you're wondering what EBES means. Hmm... for my friend (initial T), it means Easy Buy Easy Sell while for me, it means more to Earn Bucks Earn Stuffs. Hahaha, which one suits more, according to your opinion, Ally dear?

Last but not least, Ally... would you teach me about posting and arranging those pics to the websites? Both on multiply and blogspot? I really really appreciate it if you're willing to give me a hand on this :)
